On the day of the shoot, if access to the property is not available, if there is excessive dirt and debris, or any other reason that would prevent completion of the shoot, the Agent will be charged in full for the work that was to occur during that time.
Agent and/or homeowner should have the home camera ready by the start of the shoot. Any interior/exterior lights, custom features or any other item to be a focus in the photos should be tested and in working order along with instructions and/or location of power supply.
Click here for items to check and prepare prior to scheduled appointment. Any items needing to be re-shot due to outage, broken parts or not being planned will be charged at Return Visit pricing.
Please provide any required shots prior to the shoot. All attempts are made to capture these images when conditions allow. However, some shots may be changed on location by photographer in order to capture best possible shot.
24 hours notice is required for cancellation of all shoots. This allows time to re-book vacated time slot as well as find alternate appointment time for rescheduling.
In the event of inclement weather and postponement, appointments will be re-booked to next available opening. If the Agent decides to proceed, images will represent these conditions. Re-shoot will be charged a standard rates.
Turnaround time is usually within 24 hours from completion of the shoot. Every effort is made to get photos back in less time if possible but not guaranteed. MLS and Print Ready jpgs are delivered via the property site unless otherwise instructed.
Payment is due at the time of service or before any photos are released for use. Cash or check are currently accepted on the day of service. Credit cards can be used at time of download.
